·       A strong anmal pendent

·       Clove oil

·       Favourite perfume

Take the animal pendent and rub a drop of clove oil into it in an anti clockwise motion and repeat the incantation.

Then take a drop of your favorit perfume and rub it into the pendent in a clockwise direction while imaganing  your self safe and happy, protected in a bubble of whte, positive light.
